Tờ 100 USD mới này được in chân dung của Benjamin Franklin, một trong những người lập ra nước Mỹ. Trên cổ áo jacket của Benjamin Franklin, gần khoảng trống nơi có hình chìm chân dung dọc theo ống bằng vàng và ở biên tờ tiền có những chữ in nhỏ.
Cụ thể, dây an ninh 3D nếu nghiêng tờ tiền về phía sau và phía trước chú ý vào dây an ninh màu xanh, sẽ thấy những chiếc chuông khi di chuyển đổi thành những con số 100.
